On May 9, 2018 the Harford County Bar Association will be voting on the officers and members at large of the Executive Council for 2018-19. As specified in the By-Laws a Nominations Committee has been appointed comprised of myself, President-Elect Brian Young, and three non-council members: Samantha Rodier, Mark Meehan and Eleni vanRoden. In addition to nominating officers there will be two (possibly three) openings on the Council. If you wish to be considered for an opening on the Council or an officer’s position please email an expression of interest to me not later than Friday, March 16, 2018.

he Harford County Bar Foundation is excited to announce the 3rd annual Cocktails & Conversation fundraiser with Baltimore author Laura Lippman sponsored by Harper Collins Publishers on Thursday, March 8th from 5-6:30pm. Please join us at One Eleven Main as we celebrate the upcoming release of Sunburn. Tickets include 2 wine/beer/cocktail beverages, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a copy of Sunburn. MDEC E-filing Registration Fair
MDEC experts will assist attorneys with registration for e-filing, as well as answer any questions.
MDEC North Central launch is on April 16, 2018.
E-filing will be mandatory for attorneys filing cases in the District Court and the Circuit Courts in Carroll, Harford, and Howard counties, as well as appellate filings that commence in those counties.
This event is open to Paralegals/Assistants!
