SARC Opening
The Sexual Assault/Spouse Abuse Resource Center, Inc. (SARC) is seeking a part-time staff attorney to work in our new Economic Empowerment Program. Case types include bankruptcy, foreclosure, debt collection/negotiation, landlord/tenant, employment, social security issues. The position is for 10 hours/week. SARC is a non-profit organization serving victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking in Harford County, MD for over 40 years. SARC’s Legal Services Program provides direct representation and referrals. Admission to Maryland Bar required. Experience in one of the enumerated fields required. Spanish speaking a plus.
