We are anticipating a great year at the Harford County Bar Association and are appreciative of your membership. Thank you!
It is time to pay annual dues for the 2016-2017 fiscal year. Your online payment, accessed at the link above, using our new service called “Stripe,” will be processed with up to date security protections and you will be provided with a receipt. We are hoping that our technological advances will make paying your dues more secure and easier than ever.
*Please note the By-laws were amended March 22, 2016, and approved by the General Membership at the Annual Meeting in May. Among other changes, the payment of late dues was addressed. The new terms, found at Article III, Membership, are below.
d) Dues.
The Executive Council shall set the amount of dues owed each year. Full dues are due upon receipt of annual invoice. … Dues that are delinquent more than thirty (30) days shall be subject to a ten dollar ($10) late fee. Memberships that remain delinquent for more than sixty (60) days shall be automatically terminated (emphasis added).
